ELODE · Electro-osmosis dehydrator · 8+ patents
Half your sludge in 3 minutes.
No heat.
ELODE further dries sludge from your press or centrifuge — using electrical polarity, not heat, to shock the water out.

What if you didn't have to boil water when drying sludge?
Thermal dryers don't just heat water — they turn it into steam. That phase change, the latent heat of vaporization, costs more energy than all the heating before it.
ELODE uses electro-osmosis to move water out of the sludge as a liquid — no phase change, no wasted energy.

How ELODE works
- 1
Feed
Dewatered cake spreads evenly across the 3-meter belt.
- 2
Dry
DC fields pull water out; no heat, instant separation.
- 3
Discharge
Cake leaves at half the weight or better, and continues to dry as it is conveyed away.

Need Class A or higher solids? Add the EVD.
ELODE cuts most of the weight for a fraction of the energy. Feeding that drier cake into the EVD means a smaller unit, less runtime, and lower cost per ton to reach 90%DS+.
